United States v. General Mounir Fahmy - Head of the Egyptian Air Force, accused of attempting to export 400 T.O.W. missiles and launchers to Uganda and classified helicopter parts to Libya. Acquitted after a four-week federal jury trial.

United States v. Dewey Davis - Dismissal of 150-kilo cocaine felony case in the United States District Court, Tampa, Florida (February 2000).

United States v. Said Pabon Jatter - One of the first Colombians extradited to the United States, trial 5 ½ months, Federal Court.

United States v. Father L. Z. - Pizza Connection, racketeering case in Federal District Court, New York City.

United States v. Pedro Talamas - Largest cocaine felony drug case at that time in Houston, Texas in Federal District Court.

States v. Gerald Hemp - Tried in Severville, Tennessee. Largest cocaine importation, by air, at that time.

United States v. Sarmiento, 750 F.2d 1506 (11th Circuit 1985) 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, decision which prohibited the United States Customs from making arrests beyond the twelve (12) mile territorial limit. Upheld by the United States Supreme Court.

State of Florida v. R. A., 536 So. 2d 283 (3DCA 1989) Suppression of 220-kilos of cocaine. Upheld by the State of Florida Supreme Court.

State v. Hood, 15 FL W D 1009 (4 DCA 1990) - Dismissal of 20-kilo sale of cocaine on a reverse sting operation.

CNN v. Manuel A. Noriega and U.S.A., 90-767, United States Supreme Court preserving the confidentiality of attorney / client communications.
